I like tropical stuff, but now I feel like I'll constantly be comparing Sun/Moon to ORAS
I don't know how I feel about that. ORAS was really fun to explore, (under water, and the ship, the locations for secret bases, all that good stuff) but this region...I'm at least a little bit underwhelmed by it?
But maybe it'll be cooler once I actually hop into the game.

In fairness Hoenn is more like a rural shithole, vast stretches of wilderness with some pretty modest cities. Basically the only palm trees are in Battle Resort and some mirage islands, the rest is filled with what look like pines and fir trees
