Dark because it isn't just moon-themed, but night-themed. And we all know that Gamefreak things night = dark no matter what.
Fairy because moon. Clefairy come from the moon, evolve with moon stones, and are pretty much the poster child for Fairy type. Jigglypuff applies here too it seems. Fairy is also pretty much Light type, the attack we saw Moon Bat Thing use is obviously themed on moonlight, and Moonlight is a Fairy move, so I really have to say Fairy.

I don't know about Dark. The type is literally called "Evil Type" in Japan, and out of all Dark Types only Absol exists as an exception to the rule that they tend to be huge assholes. Yveltal was Dark because it was essentially Death, but I feel like they wouldn't mark the Pokeverse's legendary representation of the Moon as being the Evil one of the two.
