I'm actually hoping for a re-imagination of gen 1. Take the gen 7 mechanics some of the Pokémon and really breath some new life into the series. If push comes to shove, they could even make a actual sequel based in the region itself years after gold and sliver. That would also be cool. Maybe Blue can be the professor.
