Unown is the weakest Pokémon when you consider its typing, stats, and most importantly, its "movepool".
Outside of new mon, I can see the Alola Dex having a pretty generous amount of Unova Pokemon (because Murica) and Hoenn Pokemon (because tropical)
As for specifics, my mind is wandering at the moment
