I don't really like owls and here's why:
One time I took a cup full of mushrooms in a park at night, alone. I wanted to isolate myself from the world, a feeble attempt at escaping the sad, lonely reality of my existence. As I sat shivering, the trip slowly started to sink in and I noticed the trees began to breathe around me. For a few seconds, everything seemed so beautiful. I had finally found peace.
Then, just as the warm feeling of love began to wash over me, a strange sound suddenly rocked me back into reality as a surge of fright crept through my veins. "MORE PORK", it was saying.
I'd never heard anything like it before, I suddenly felt like I was in a nightmare. The trees began to shake violently around me, as if threatening to consume me in darkness. The hoot grew louder and louder, "MORE PORK! MORE PORK!" I couldn't take it anymore. I was too afraid to run, so I cowered down and hid underneath the bench I'd been sitting on. Then I saw it.
The huge, glowing eyes of a beast sat on a nearby tree reflected in the moonlight. Even though it only lasted a second, that image will never leave my memory. Because it was in that moment that I discovered, what it truly meant to b8 owlfags
