So /vp/, how ready is your body for more water?
I've been waiting for the glorious return of water routes since Fire Red/Leaf Green.

There's nothing inherently wrong with water routes. The problem is the same goddamn 2-3 Pokemon across all of them. This was Hoenn's problem, and GameFreak has a habit of not learning from their mistakes.
With that said, there probably won't be many water routes. If anything, you'll take a boat between the islands like how FR/LG handled the Sevii Islands.

I wonder if we're gonna be getting Surf really early this gen, or if they'll just have a service of ships to take you from island to island initially.
I can't wait to hit up Kauai. Been there for vacation and shit was beautiful.
