I'm picking Litten in Moon, which will be my main game, and Owlet in Sun as a side lets-see-how-this-goes game. I agree with OP though, they're all cute. Once everyone has had sufficient time to get to the Daycare I'll Wonder Trade my ass off until I get all three.
And I don't really care what the final evos look like because I very rarely evolve my starter (Snivy is the only one that I like the entire line) and Litten is hands down my favorite so its not even a question for me.
Litten > Fennekin > Snivy > the rest
Water guy better be a tricky as shit fighter with lots of jank nonstandard moves. I am just so fucking sick of vanilla starters whose strategy is entirely "attack until you fall over".

I'll actually be using all three this time around. Litten in Moon, Rowlet in Sun, and after I beat Sun I will send my Pokemon to Bank and restart to use Popplio.
For some reason the starters just don't get me. I have never boxed a starter early game, but I guess there is a first for everything
