Since Rowlet is Grass/Flying and some other anon said the Seal thing was based on a monk seal making it Water/Fighting, doesn't that mean that Litten will be Fire/Rock type?

Popplio is a sea lion, not a monk seal. Monk seals don't have ears, while sea lions do. And sea lions are the ones used in circuses.
