I hop Poplin will evolve into something cool and not go full super goofy clown, but evos unseen, I have to go with Litten since it has the best chance of not evolving into something dumb.
Overly edgy and/or over designed, maybe, but at least I am not risking fucking clown make up. Owl is obviously less risky but still looks like it has a high goofball chance
