C'mon on now. Those mover were always learned early on (except Lefage for obvious reasons; used to be Vine Whip or Absorb). Levels 9-10 usually. That's before the first gym and sometimes around the same time the first forest. It only really makes difference against the early route 1-2 Pokémon
