I really hope they bring back these two classes. They really fit the Hawaii setting as much as surfers and swimmers do.

People complained about sky battles being restrictive to not just only flying/levitate pokes only, but only those with floating animations.
Scuba battles are a step in the right direction by letting you use whatever Poke you want while the opponents use deep-sea pokemon as part of the theme.
