It's unlikely the Channel Islands, Luxembourg or Wallonia ever appear, then they would be duplicated. The latter two could work, but require a new map of Kalos.
That said, I still want my Benelux region.

Kalos is definitely mostly France, but just like how Unova wasn't just New York (it also included New Jersey), Kalos included more. Granted, their influence is minimal.
