Anyone else just not really feeling the artwork? Like they said they were going back to Gen 1 simplicity but Litten is the only thing that yells that to me. I'm gonna have to go with Litten this time. I've only ever started with grass or water for the first play through.

It looks like Ohmura is doing the pokemon artwork this gen, not sugi. Which is probably why it looks so awful.

The designs themselves ARE nice and simplistic, but the designs/colour don't play nice with each other.
Litten especially stands out compared to the other two, due to the striking colour choice, its the same problem Fennekin had with Chespin/Froakie. But yeah, I like them.
