Yeah, it makes for an interesting support Pokemon. It gets tailwind and defog and Swift swim and storm drain and a bunch of weird shit, but it's basically impossible to use in singles.
If it got something like 100 base special attack or something then it'd be pretty cool. Or like, a defense buff or something
