A thread about Pokemon you used to like?
I really liked Quagsire until he got the derpy treatment in Gen 6. Gives me secondhand embarrassment whenever I use it on a team.

I used to really like Lucario. Would use the shit out of him in Smash. But then all the furshit really got to me and now I just feel uncomfortable looking at it. I really hate furfags. I wish Hitler would come back and rampage for a decade or two and cull these things, but meme magic is only so strong.
Flygon used to be the first Dragon type I liked, but now I don't really care all that much about it. I guess it's fine, but I can only stay invested into not very useful Pokémon for so many generations. It does not help that Garchomp is basically better Flygon gameplay wise while also being a cool shark kaiju, and Zygarde also has a more interesting design than Flygon, I find, while being a lot mire viable. I think what really drove me away was all the whining about how Flygon deserves a Mega. I agree it could use one, but no Pokémon deserves anything. Flygon just seems to generate a disproportionate amount if fan love for what it actually is, in my opinion. I am really tired of OMG BUG/DRAGON WITH TINTED LENSE coming up in every discussion about potential megas.
Quagsire looks fine.

Salamence.
I liked it as a kid, guess I just grew out of it. Same for Metagross.
When was Quagsire ever not derpy?

If you really can't see the difference I don't know what to say
Noctowl used to be my favorite obligatory birdmon, but now I don't give a shit about it.

I mean, its mouth is closed...

I really have to agree on this, poor Quag got awful puffy mouth animations in gen 6, it just looks terrible.

>going back on your favorites
Shameful.
Kind of in reverse, but I never really cared for Arcanine but he suddenly became my favorite a few months ago.
Otherwise, Haunter used to be my favorite.
