All it can pass is like, Agility I think? I used one and it was pretty funny. A fresh-caught Buneary with Frustration crushes early game as the base power is higher than most other moves at that point. It also gets mildly okay coverage in Jump Kick. You'll find as you reach endgame though that it's really underpowered. Fun movepool, just doesn't deal the damage it needs to

Lopunny is fine in-game. It's decently fast and decently strong which is all that's needed there, since level difference makes up for the rest. It's not very interesting though. Don't know you'd bother with Baton Pass in-game though.
