All Pokémon models on Gen VI are decent at best, the problem is that they fit better on background, and the scaled view (like pic related) make them to look terrible.

They aren't as horrible as everyone acts like on here, and not nearly as bad as the jerkily moving sprites of gen 5, but the 3D models could use some work. I hope they get improved for next gen, but if not, it's not the end of the word.
Swellow's Wingspan looks weird when battling against it.
Also, if it counts: quite an amount of models have washed-out colors.

Seeing as sprites have been redone every gen, it does actually seem like the models might improve. Hope is a dangerous thing, but it does look like we might get better stuff for Sun/Moon.
