Normal Fug beat Primal Groudon and Kyogre simultaneously and Mega Fug is that on steroids plus Primal Groudon and Kyogre have top tier feats which he scales from like Groudon making a celestial object and said celestial object being blasted to shit using the energy he had moments before (we're talking petatons). And most legends could level a country easily going by lore, Reshiram can apparently vaporize oceans and scorch countries in a single breath, the weakest box legends are Ho-Oh and Lugia with the best feat/lore to their name is Lugia shattering a large island in smaller landmasses which is how the whirl islands were formed.
Plus getting really cringey here's there's always speed which could effect an outcome of a hypothetical battle and Fug has some nice showings of speed, if the ultimate weapon's laser can be applied to Yveltal or Xerneas (so like mach 700 just eyeballing it) then it would certainly close the gap to an extent.

Ludicrously unlikely, seeing as they said black hole and not say, void or wormhole. And what wold void even do? It'd be dispersed instantly as soon as it was allowed to influence it's surroundings. And I'm not sure getting sucked into another dimension a random place in (what is potentially another dimension's) spacetime is much better OR less grandiose than an event horizon (also nobody knows what the fuck wormhole means anymore, so don't say that like it's a citable thing) My guess is that it was gamefreak saying IT HAS STRONK DARK COSMIC POWRER and that it's basically fucking shadowball but not.
