As a meme? There are plenty of people that legitimately like Jigglypuff. Just because you're not one of them doesn't mean that other people only like it as a "meme." Jigglypuff is just as or more relevant than lots of characters on the Smash roster--as though that even makes a difference. Sorry you don't like it, I guess.
