Does anybody knows why we didn't get a gen6 pixie? I know a lot of people say it's Hoopa (pic related) but he doesn't fit the all 100 stats.

Gen 4 had two Mew clones, neither of which fit the bill 100% because one was pseudo-breedable and the other had an alternative form.

It's a lot like Gen 4, when we had a Pixie at the start of the Gen (Manaphy) and then one much later on towards the end (Shaymin) Or how we got the same situation in Gen 5, with Victini debuting at the start to act as the Pixie, before another was released near the end with B/W2 (Meloetta).
There is no specific pattern for Pixies. They just come around to promote merchandise every now and then. Usually one to kick off the gen, and then another to end it.
