Wobbuffet's VA also did Brock. In XY he just does Wobbuffet since Brock's gone though.

They actually got rid of it for the Black and White anime alongside Jessie's Seviper, and James' Carnivine and Mime Jr, but they brought it back when they went back to being comic relief for the X and Y anime.
