Apparently it's just a reference to the manga City Hunter. The main character in that could be contacted by writing XYZ on a blackboard in Shinjuku Station.
Also I think it might have been translated wrong, the Japanese (助けを求む いつもの場所で待つ) looks closer to "If you need help, I'll be waiting in the usual place."
