The only issue I could see with the $10 is if you didn't care about the transfers to S/M with shit like Fissure Machamp, then you could just get it for free or replace the battery (assuming it's dead) in your old copies if you have them, which I need to get around to doing.

It's not though. It was always black on the GBC even in Yellow, because all sprites used a limited set of four-color palettes (two of the colors in each always being black and white). Jynx used the red/yellow palette.
They literally, somehow, recoded just Jynx's sprite to use a 5-color palette for the VC rereleases.

I played these games when i was 8 years old. Glitches were a part of the game and honestly im realy glad absolutely nothing was changed, thats exactly how it should be, i would have been a lil bummed if they did take out the glitches, and for 10 bucks its worth it.. im glad they offered the experience unchanged. But i bet you wont complain aboht a $9 combo at carls jr or whataburger, but you will about a game.

Jynx IS a caricature of ganguro. It was a super big fad in Japan in the 90's and while it still exists today, its morphed into something thats usually just a little less ridiculous to look at. There are different types of the kogal fashion trend but ganguro is definitely the least popular in this day and age.
