No, the thing Flareon really needs isn't more STAB, it's more coverage. The only coverage move it has is Superpower, which fucks up its shitty defense even more and neuters it offensively. Aside from that the next best coverage move it gets is fucking Dig. Flareon is so fucked up in every way that there's really no way to salvage it short of giving it some stupidly OP ability or something. No coverage, shitty HP, shitty defense, shitty speed, hysterically bad moves.
