I like everyone ignores this

That's not a canon source.
>inb4 "Nintendo didn't say it, it doesn't mean anything!"

Dammit. Like 45 seconds too late.
6/6.5fags and Zycucks will ignore this like they did official Nintendo of Europe sites saying 7th Gen too.
No matter what they will continue to shit post and move their arbitrary goalposts.
It's been Gen 7 from the start. Anyone who posts about Sun and Moon being Gen 6/6.5 are trolling and fishing for (you).
Ignore them. Sage their threads. Move on.
The less attention you give those cum chuggers the quick they go away.

Nothing is, generations are a fan construct.

From Masuda's blog:
>Pokémon X and Pokémon Y–the evolved sixth generation of Pokémon. Genuine entertainment that people have been waiting for is here. October 2013.

THIS
>>26174726
>official Nintendo of Europe
No it didn't.
Only Denmark did, and they're so far detached from the rest that it's more or less a fansite.
That said it's still gen 7.
>>26174752
Yes because fan terms aren't used by developers that have to seem in touch occasionally.
Also that box doesn't prove that they've officially segregated them by generation.

Cool, that just means we're getting Kalos post-game.
Coincidence that Kalos and Kanto both start with Ka?
Coincidence that Kalos is chock full of Genwun references?
Coincidence that the only legendaries found in Kalos that aren't the deathbird, lifedeer, and ordersnek are the Kanto legendaries?

Wow a whole new breed of denialfag fully realized.
Kill yourself

Okay so Iwata saying X and Y is the "next generation" in the reveal direct, means nothing then right?
>>26174775
>Only Denmark did
Germany did it too.
"nächste Generation" = next Generation
>>26174785
Nice reading comprehension, fucktard.
Masuda himself uses the term. Already been copied and pasted but here you go.

Look for yourself.
Gen 2: "The GSC Generation" used in TV and print adverts (in America and Japan) for Crystal, TCG, and Colosseum 2.
Gen 3: "The third generation of pokemon is coming..." TV spot (American) for Ruby and Sapphire. Iwata interview where he called Emerald his favorite installment of "The third generation."
Gen 4: box. Doesn't get more canon than that.
Gen 5: Japanese nintendo/pokemon site used the term "5th gen" a lot.
Gen 6: see above about masuda's blog. Iwata used in it a direct. About 8:40 into the video.
Do you really want to keep doing this?
>>26174682
As if this means anything. You're this desperate?
>>26174728
>I can't be wrong about the current gen if gens aren't a thing
What are you? A 1st Grader?
>>26174785
Denial, autism logic, retard.
Take your pick.
>>26174775
>more or less a fansite
It isn't though.
That would be like Puerto Rico having their own pokemon site that is under the NoA umbrella.
All information and articles are directed from, in this case, Nintendo of Europe. NoE is as valid a source as NoA or Nintendo (Japan).
I'm not even a Europoor. That is just how parent/children sites like the one in Germany and Denmark operate.
Even more telling, the German site uses the term too. NoE's biggest office with the head of marketing, etc is in Germany, not the UK like some believe.
Regardless though, SM is Gen 7.

why are you like this

>Colosseum 2

Honestly just let the 6.5gen fags get blown the fuck out during the release and ignore their threads until then.
They are trolling anyway.
