Yes. Sleep powder + quiver dance makes almost every trainer a joke.
Isn't Lilligant completely worthless?

For competitive multiplayer it is bad, yes. But in single player the AI never switches, so if Sleep Powder doesn't miss, generally you have 2 or 3 free turns to spam Quiver Dance, which makes Lilligant an unstoppable beast.
Of course, an human player that knows how to play the game would never let you do that.

Literally its only downside is it has no coverage aside from hidden power. Everthing else is perfect. It'll fuck ingame sideways easily.

Ferrothorn in-game? Amazing, because it has a buttload of resistances and NPCs don't put fire moves on Pokémon that aren't fire-types like a lot of Smogon does, and it learns the excellent Power Whip as soon as it's evolved.
Buuut Ferroseed? Not so good. And doesn't evolve until Level 40.
