Yeah pretty much. The official site usually updates the same day that Corocoro is officially out, but the magazine is always in people's hands like a week before the official release.
Speaking of which, that should be happening any day now. The official release is on the 14th, which means that we can expect real leaks around the 7th or the 8th of the month.

Magearna leaked 5 days before and mega Sceptile 6 days before. Exept those 2, most of the leaks were 2-3 days before the release

Yeah, CoroCoro leaks tend to be unpredictable--but there is sort of a equally unpredictable trend they usually sport: namely, the more interesting and exciting the news is--the earlier it leaks. Mega Evolution issue was leaked on the 7-8th, IIRC.
