I'm doing something similar, making a pentagon living dex where everything has at least pentaperfect IVs, including all formes of unown and vivilion (and everything except Spinda) and an extra of every pokemon with a mega (since they typically have a different nature or moveset).
Also I am implementing ballitism to full legal combos and giving everything that can breed 4 egg moves.
Also everything must have one of my OTs, and since I don't have OR or X the version exclusives that can't breed must be ENG and 100% legit.
I've probably forgotten something, but the eevee family was killer, and I thought fucking Cresselia would never spawn.
