So hear me out. I ordered these little plastic figures from a Chinese company most of them are the wrong color and things like that which is why they're so cheap. But then there's these two guys a clearly Grass bird and Mecha-Mewtqo. Did they have some sun/moon rejects or are these something else.
I got really shitty Chinese figures of Absol and Mewtwo and made jokes about them being new formes and then the Megas were announced. anything is possible.

The Mewtwo is the armored Mewtwo from the first Pokémon movie. They also sometimes ship figures that aren't Pokémon at all, like the bird thing (my father bought a heap of these for my sister, who's starting to get into Pokémon).

If I remember right, these things are based on official Pokemon figures from Brazil or Germany or something. The Chinese companies use them to make the molds, then mass produce copies in cheap plastic. Whichever line it came from must have released that Mewtwo as a movie tie-in.
The bird was probably from some similar toyline that the chinese company mistook for a Pokemon a threw in.
