Worst and best possible type combinations?
I go with ice/normal (worst) and fairy/steel (best)

Fighting/Ghost best

Normal/ghost would be great defensively.
Ice/Grass, Ice/Psychic, rarely Ice goes well with anything. My vote whoever goes to Ice/Rock.
If statistics are anything to go by, Fairy/Steel is probably the best, but anything Grass with defenses and HP seems to work.

But defensively it would indeed be the worst combination possible.
I'm going with Grass/Bug for worst type, Fairy/Steel for best.

How is Normal/Ghost the worst? It would have the stupid move pool of a normal type and all the resistances of Ghost plus an immunity to itself. It's stabs are unresisted outside of Tyranitar and itself iirc
