It has 600 bst like the others, the only difference is that all the others have 100 in each stat whereas Diance has 50 in speed and 150 in special defense.
Hoopa is the pixie of Kalos, if you haven't noticed, most the pixie Pokemon have the Psychic typing, the only one that doesn't is Manaphy.
I think Magearna is more the Diancie/Volcanion of the next gen.
