I'll dive into Denfendfag mindset even more, but this is my personal take on it--GF/CoroCoro always blueballed during Jan-April with novie shit or scrap news--in almost every Generation coverage. Now, I'm going to spare you from another "patternz!!" thing, but May-August has always been crunchtime and we do get information. But then again, each Generation has it's own sort of abnormality--like Gen 5's early footage and Gen 6's announcing everything out the gate. So, there's a tiiiny but of hope to squeeze on, but don't go too overboard--in fact--just expect news of some kind.
But I will be legit shocked if we don't get anything again and vp can feel free to pound on my shell of a body then. I'll welcome it.

A quantum supercomputer couldn't calculate the number of fucks I don't give. I don't know about the 12-18 year olds on here that make up the majority of the board, but I've been playing since the beginning. Pokemon being leaked on the internet wasn't a thing until I think Gen 4. After that it became commonplace for each generation to have it's new pokemon spoiled months before the game even came out. February, we expected news in CoroCoro for March. In March, we were promised gameplay "features" in April. In April, the "features" was actually "BIG SCOOP REVEAL IN MAY."
I'm expecting the "big scoop" to be nothing but "we'll show new Pokémon in June!" followed by only silhouettes in June and maybe we'll get lucky with something in the E3 direct. Probably not, but maybe.
The starters, I predict, will not be revealed until June at the earliest. One might be a bird, I guess.

I have none really. The speculations related to the leaked names have been fun, and we've seen some creative fakes. I liked all 3 X/Y starters and had to think pretty hard on which one I wanted, and I just hope I feel the same this time.
