How do we make Unown into a useful Pokemon?

Allow them to evolve. Each evolution requires 6 unown in the party, except for the final one which requires 4.

Which Unown is best Unown? (design wise)
How about some janky ability where if the Pokemon you're fighting against has a letter in its name that is the same as the Unown the Unown does 1.5x damage?

I think it would be better to have a certain sequence of unown in your party and going to the Ruins of Alph or somewhere causes an evolution into that picture.

How about this:
Say there is a Pokemon Professor in the game that studies Unown and have invented a machine that can fuse a bunch of Unowns into one Pokemon - essentially making Word Pokemon out of Letter Pokemons
So the whole mechanic would be build around finding special secret words that would make special, unic Unown combinations - so let's say the word would be "thunder", then those 7 Unowns would be combined into one Electric type pokemon, with it's own Moves and Abilities
