One of my favorite starters, was my set in stone starter for D/P/PL, was never let down by him. And of course ground type in the end, ground is fav type so any love there greatly appreciated.

I think he has the best concept out of all the starters I just wish he was better executed. He is a defensive pokemon with very poor defensive typing. He would have almost been better off as pure grass. His speed is at the point where it would have been better to just give him 20 base speed and spending everything else on def/sp def. Same goes with his special and even his attack. I wish he was just focused on being a tank turtle.
