I'd like to announce a new town I've been working on named "Dryside."
Dryside is located at about X: 300, Z: -650
It is built within a Savannah, but is bordered by two deserts and a birch forest. Fire and Poison-types are pretty common.
It currently contains the following:

>Town Park with small Apricorn farm and a simple hedge maze
>Lab with Cloning Machine, 4 Fossil Cleaners, and 2 Fossil Ressurectors
>Small public workshop

I'm still working on some minor details here and there in the buildings, but I think the town is pretty much ready for public access.
Only other really important thing I have to do is build a Stadium. I've picked out a spot and have a design in mind. A Gym Leader could claim it, potentially.

Did you miss the "friend to edit the file" thing? The point isn't the Master Balls, it's the analogy. The Pokemart thing? That's entirely in-game. I have all the Poke Balls I want at this point (Aggron and Aron drop iron fairly regularly) and could sell them for all the Pokedollars I wanted. There is no problem with it, it's just cleverness. Yeah, but these extra accounts are not only siphoning legendary spawns away from other players, but they are imbalancing the game. It doesn't matter that they're random.
Imagine if you made a bet with loaded dice. The other person finds out, calls you out on it, and you say "it's random, so it's fair". It isn't equally random, so it isn't fair.

Completely irrelevant. No one's going to complain because you have an equal chance as anyone else who is camping a legendary biome.
Ultimately, what Strong is doing isn't "cheating" in terms of internal rules(he isn't hacking or anything like that), but what he's doing is still unfair. It's true that anyone has access to multiple accounts if they go out of their way, but they are still cheated out of a good experience because they are forced to either spend money or pester their friends.

Let's look at some scenarios regarding the use of multiple accounts.
A: No alts. Basically, if Strong's alts were banned. Everyone has an equal chance at legendaries, and only gets 1 item from each grotto.
This is ideal and fair.
B: Some alts. Exactly how it is now. Players that use multiple accounts get more legendaries, and as many items from grottos as they have accounts. Meanwhile, players that just want to play the goddamn game and don't want to use multiple accounts are getting less legendaries and have less resources than the players that are using multiple accounts.
This is not fair for the people that just want a nice experience and don't want to buy a bunch of accounts.
C: All alts. Every player is playing with multiple accounts. Whoever can get the most accounts gets the most legendaries. Only 10 people can play on the server at a time because everyone has so many alts. It's lagged out the ass due to all the Pokemon spawns from people standing still. Everyone has a gorillion master balls from grottos.
It still isn't fair, and turns the game into shit. Is this what you want?
