I don't know how you'd go about buffing Spikes/Toxic Spikes. You can't make them hit fliers for relatively obvious reasons, but maybe getting rid of poison types absorbing t spikes and buff the damage on regular spikes, or make them stack more/forever. Rocks really just need to be nerfed.

Stealth Rocks deal around 12% damage, adjusted for weakness or resistance.
3x Spikes deal 25% to everyone who touches the ground, regardless of typing.
In other words, Spikes doesn't really pay off unless you're a pro.
Stealth Rocks is the babbymode version, reliable but you're not getting optimal damage output unless you're opponent is weak to rock.
