I've actually played Gen V in full and yet I still don't particularly enjoy it. And yes, this is my own opinion!

Boy am I happy I'm not one of those autists obsessed with Pokémon genes and stat training and just play the series casually with my hot girlfriend that I fuck daily.
I absolutely hate how they gave so much detail and backstory and interaction to this character, it makes all the other champions feel like a forced one-time gimmick. I surely hope Gamefreak does better on the next gens and remakes, and give the champions more interactions with the player character

Game Freak please, you can just tease us with a little bit each month. Like release it in a monthly magazine and give just a few pokemon, or play coy and give us a pokemon with no type confirmation or an incomplete boxart. Anything but all this information.
Pokemon Adventures is a well written manga, even beating out the anime.

Fuck Masuda for shitting on Water. First every Ice type and its gramps gets Water attacks and is better at using them than the Water types themselves, then Stealth Thorns was a thing, and THEN they introduced fucking Talonbolt and its priority Volt Tackle along with introducing the overpowered Poison type which is SE against Water.
When will it end? You'd think the aquatic creatures that Masuda fished for as a child would get more respect considering they inspired the series.
