Yeah I guess but I feel it works a lot better there than it does here.
Kabuto's a cute, inviting creature yet has an unsettling red glare, where as Kabutops most inviting nature are the eyes, the rest of it's body being a hardened 6ft tall monster with sword arms.
I dunno maybe the regressive aspect is more credit than I give it for, but it just seems like TOO much.

As long as it is not Fire/Flying this is the best Mega Rapidash concept I've ever seen.
No clichè real muh pegasuse wings but a clever reference that also blends well with the golden chariot decorations and armor etc.
Very pleasing design, adds royalty and works well with the mythical theme.
Doesn't exceed or lacks in anything.
Easily a 10/10 for me.
