I said there is nothing wrong with the way her body was drawn BECAUSE she's a little girl which means it wouldn't make sense for her to have a huge chest, wide shoulders or thick legs. I showed you pictures of skinny legs to show you that the way the loli's look is totally possible. Then I showed you pictures to prove that healthy little girls are skinny like the adults you claimed were anorexic. Then it was 'find an exact replica of her' which is impossible because she's a cartoon. And cartoons are influenced by style and aesthetic.

The issue with this isn't so much the anatomy (it can plausibly fall under the realm of that rubbery noodle style that that Kill La Kill character designer uses) but how her dress falls.
The artist here tried to make a line of action from the bulge of the dress at her waist down to her right leg to try and get the eye to sweep down the figure and make her pose seem more fluid. The issue here is that the dress looks like it's supposed to be a bit poofy, but the visual effect makes it seem like it's hugging to large and way too low hips.
Sugimori gives almost everyone big birthing hips in his drawings so I can see why the kid is so pear shaped, but for the legs to look less awkward the placement of the skirt would need to poof out a bit more dramatically or look like it's made of a less thick material.
Other than that it's just a very simplistic design by modern Pokémon standards. The collar of the dress is also way too low. She'd be much cuter with a little Peter Pan collar or a chest bow or something.
