This reminds me of a guy that posted his doubles team was a water-type that knew soak and he ran a shedinja + a lightning rod mon iirc and banked on a lack of grass type moves on BS. Basically made the shedinja nigh untouchable. Barring grass type moves. Logically if the companion mon knew disable and shedinja knew protect, with some prediction even grass type would have a rough time.
I think it would be a tie between Ghost/Fairy (3 immunities, 2 weaknesses) and Steel/Fairy (2 immunities, 2 weaknesses but far more resistances)

Will-O-Wisp and Toxic fuck Shedinja up, as well as Hail or Sandstorm.
Ghost/dark
3 immunities, 1 weakness
I was thinking ghost/normal with wonder guard.
Dark/Poison with Wonder Guard holding an Air Balloon.
Unless I'm retarded, this is the only type combo that would be immune to every type with Wonder Guard, as long as it has the balloon.
But if we're going that route, an electric type with wonder guard and a balloon would work, too. But without wonder guard, poison/dark has one more resistance and immunity than electric.
