Lorelei is both the first, and best Elite 4. Anyone with both Slowbro and Lapras on their team knows how to choose their bros.
Albeit a generic choice, Lance always stood out the most to me, and was usually the hardest trainer (more so than Blue) growing up. Also I liked his theme from Gold/Silver but I guess that technically doesn't count since he was a champion in that game, but still, that's what I remember him by.
Honestly outside of Gen 1 I don't really find the Elite 4 ever memorable, I completely forgot about fucks like Will and Lucian, and for some reason Agatha and Karen kinda blend in together.
I think the most stand out Elite 4 member since then is honestly Drasna, almost all the members are either played off as stoic and/or imposing, where as the younger fighters have this eccentric energy to them. Drasna was like an inviting grandma that wanted to see you win, and I'm fairly sure she's the only Elite member to ever actually congratulate you on being victorious that wasn't backed by some passive-aggressive tone or obligation.
Her design is pretty memorable too, but I can live without the dragon tooths hanging off her neck and arms. (the ear rings are a really cute concept though)
