Pikachu has red spots, black ear tips, and brown stripes and brown at the base of its tail. This doesn't need less colors in the details to look like a pokemon.

It's kind of weird to me how they shrunk Godzilla back down for 1999-2013. I know it was to be in line with the original Goji, but its still weird to me. Like what if the Japanese government came up with the whole Kiryu scheme, and it turned out the Godzilla it had to fight was Heisei Goji or Final Wars Goji sized? It would have been silly.

Technically those two don't have the abilities of every digimon ever conceived, just all the ones that exist in the Xros universe, which does not care about any outside lore.
So they probably surpass Zeed in terms of pure stats, but don't necessarily have the means to prevent it from coming back due to time fuckery.

Depends on which Xros universe really, manga Xros is implied to be connected to at least Savers and V-tamer. That said, Xros Wars go on an entirely different power scale to previous Digimon series going to realms absurd even for Digimon.
As for Quartzmon, he's the reason why Digiquartz connected to the various worlds so time/space control is clearly within the realms of his power.
