There's two reasons for that. One of the is Pixelmon. For some reason Ranch Blocks trigger something causing the server to shutdown. I will probably disable and remove Ranch blocks and make a tweaked version of the Breed command available. Apparently the Ranch Block error will be fixed in the next Pixelmon version.
Second crash reason is probably Hosthorde being weird. That SHOULD be solved as soon as we switch back to Endermite. No ETA on when that happens. Soon though.

Both of those are caused by Pixelmon. Sadly I don't know the exact causes for this. For now, try to remember and make screenshots of your favorites so we can replace them properly.
Sometimes the PC crash issue happens after a Pokemon disappeared from your party. If this happens to you tell me or Rowan which Pokemon disappeared and we should be able to fix it with NBT-editing.

step 3: place in crafting window, recieve chopped logs
step 4: right click four times on the ground with the chopped logs
step 5: light that fire

so, I went to the options and selected internal shaders, nothing changed, except that grow moves and the sun is at an angle, no lighting changes.... actually I think the lighting is worse now
