I've always been partial to Azalea Town most, but Undella, Fortree, and Pacifidlog are up there.
Does it matter what level I EV train? Will the same pokemon have different stats at level 100 if one was EV trained at level 1 and one was EV trainer at level 20~ or does it even out no matter what at level 100?

If their IVs and Nature are the same and they get the same EV distribution, their stats should be identical by the time you hit level 100.
But note that leveling up a Pokemon before you get its EVs sorted (barring level-ups that happen WHILE you're getting their EVs sorted) can wind up giving you EVs that don't benefit your Pokemon at all, so it's best to get those out of the way first. The exception is if you're using Rare Candies, as those don't influence a Pokemon's EVs.

Copy some of the pictures you like for practice while noting what aspects you like about them (like color choices, how the character interact, the background, the use of darks and lights, ect.) After that come up with your own idea using some the aspects that you like from the other pictures without copying them and look up references as you need them. Rinse and repeat until you git gud.
First I was comfy, now I feel fucking bad. Those drawings killing me inside bit by bit because I will never know the joice of discover the world by myself or with my childhood friend, free of any responsabilities but taking care of my Pokemon. The freedom to go where ever I want, to stop where ever I want just to climbing to a tree and admire the landscape or to dip my feets in a little river. I will never know the bliss to raise and training Pokemon see them growing and become stronger, strengthen the single link between a Pokemon and its trainer.
If I could make a single wish, It would be to restart my life as a futur trainer in the Pokemon univers.

I understand that feeling anon. The first time I came across a comfy thread like this, I was having a good time -- but the bittersweet nature of threads like this gets to a person. The world we live in has gone to such shit, and the Pokemon world seems so damn idyllic even with all the villains running around -- the thought of just being able to wake up and go outside and have an adventure on your own is so alluring. Because you'd be with your pokemon, you're good to go, right? And pokemon are so incredible, sharing your life with them would be such a treasure.
To wander quiet sleepy towns at dusk and watch as mothim and venomoth flutter through the hazy traces of sunset... camping under the stars with your growlithe to keep warm, thinking of the constellations that 'verse must have... the searing heat of a Blaze Kick in a heated pokemon battle, and the fact that everyone will ultimately be alright at the end. It's intoxicating to think about that kind of life.
I get really bitter sometimes that as much as we theorize, and we draw, and we write; as much as we romhack and whole-cloth-recreate the games, as much as we all would like a VR pokemon game where we can literally have a home with our Pokes and make poffins and play fetch and go on adventures (or maybe that's just me) -- it can't really take us /there/, you know? And maybe I'm a huge shit for wishing that there was some way to get out of this shithole into a place that seems like paradise, but I'll take that title without complaint.
What would you do, guys? If miracles did happen, and you really could have that dream life? I'm honestly curious.
Still.. if nothing else, we have these threads. There's a quiet camaraderie here and, even if other people would think we were the stupidest fucks on the planet for how we feel: it's nice to know that we're not the only ones that have those quiet wishes for a life in a world that seems somehow brighter and better than our own.
