Gengar with Scald would be damn annoying on the Substitute-Black Sludge set. Noivern wouldn't gain much, honestly. It needs stuff with more base power to be used effectively. Trevenant already gets Will-o-Wisp for burning stuff and has rally bad special attack, so Scald wouldn't help it at all.
