I put this one back up OP. I apparently spelled sneasel wrong. The zigzagoon is level 8 and female.
Stupid question before I put up a zigzagoon, but since it'll have good ivs how do I train it to get good evs too? Just from super training or specific routes? Also asking this because I'd like to get into competitive battles for fun on cart instead of just using showdown

Super training is a good choice and you can reser the evs when you want, i use it and it's long and boring but effective. For this sneasek just focus on speed and attack.

If you have BP get the Power items and Horde train.
It's easier in ORAS since there's 100% encounter areas for each EV.
