That's not what happened. A guy in Shit Town made a gym. He left a sign saying that no one was the leader as of yet. I claimed it and originally started a poison team. Then I switched to ground/flying before the team was complete knowing that other gyms incorporate those types into their gyms in a single type format (afaik). The fact that I don't get a prompt to switch my pokemon when a trainer sends out a replacement always kinda trips me up. Plus very rarely getting a turn skipped, either for me or my opponent, is an issue.
But, speaking as someone who hadn't played Minecraft or any Pokemon game for 2+ years, this mod is incredible. Just the fact that you can be wandering around, doing your minecraft things, and then all of a sudden there's a Pokemon /right there/ in front of you is pure magic. About the first thing, I don't think I've ever been able to switch out my Pokemon after I beat a trainer mon, not even once.
As for the rest, I couldn't agree more. The mod is laggy and glitchy, some models are trash, not all mons are in yet, the tick rate is slow, but it is all 100% worth it to be able to play sure an open and free game as Minecraft alongside pokemon.
To sum up what happened the first ranch block crash. I place a Hitmontop, a Hitmonlee and a Hitmonchan in a ranch block and the server crashed. When we got back on Hitmonchan was perma locked. Hitmontop and Hitmonlee were totally fine though so I'm thinking maybe it's specific to certain Pokemon.

On the actual website 4chan.org then yeah I agree with you. I mean I still think it's dumb a childish, but that's what 4chan is, I accept that by being here. What I meant more was on non-4chan areas, especially places where people from 4chan go and make a community somewhere else. Like /vp/ixelmon, for example. In that case, where you have the tools to do so, why not go ahead and remove the absolute bottom rungs of discourse? Stuff that just wastes space and time and provides absolutely no positive value to anyone at all, including the person actually typing it. The only defense of that sort of behavior (that I'm very intentionally not providing specific examples of, because I don't want to get into that argument) is "lol 4chan bro" which just even apply.
I mean, we aren't anonymous on the server, either. Does anyone want to fix that?
