I love that mock-up design, though I don't think that necessarily disproves Customization. I personally believe that Sun/Moon are going to Sequels to X/Y in the same sense as how Gold/Silver are sequels to Red/Green (this means Sun/Moon is Gen 7, no Gen 6.5 bullshit). And with that being said, the Kalos Region could be accessible in the post-game. Now recall that they said Customization is something limited to the Kalos Region since fashion is important to them. If the Kalos Region is accessible, we should be able to customize our Player in a hopefully more improved way from X/Y. So with this mock-up made from the concept art, what we may be looking at is the Pokemon Center interior from the new Region, not Kalos. If Kalos is accessible, their Pokemon Centers may look the same as we know them.

No, we don't. All we have seen is concept art, which others have shown can apply to at least 2 other places in the world. This is also the Pokemon world we are talking about, not the real world. Gold and Silver were designed to be a Gen 1 expansion.
A swan song to the franchise, hence the return to Kanto, and the shitload of content.
We sort of got a repeat of this with HG/SS, which felt like a swan song to everything Gens 1-4. They even had quite a bit of Hoenn fanservice in there, despite it being the least connected to Johto.
All the other Gens though, are very guilty of dropping features that were loved in previous games. Especially Hoenn. And then history repeated itself in the most unforeseeable and depressing ways with OR/AS, where they couldn't be bothered to keep stuff from the previous Hoenn game, let alone stuff in the same Gen from X/Y.
Not that I am blaming the Region, just pointing out the coincidence that Hoenn always ends up being the most disconnected and lacking in previous features. R/S didn't even have night time. But this is Game Freaks fault, they just get damn lazy sometimes.

From the concept art like OP posted it there wont be a changing room which means there must either be a main building where buying clothes and changing it is possible. If not then it means they removed it.
