Nah, Gen 5. Gen 5 Pokemon are typically more over-designed and complex, and a Pokemon being over-designed and complex is what distinguishes a legendary from a normal Pokemon. Not that I dislike that, but Pokemon like Golurk, Cryoganal, Haxorus and Sigilyph could easily pass for Legendaries in an older generation.
