Would Rotom-Dildo break the OU Metagame?

This form of Rotom would be a dual Electric/Fairy type, since Rotom keeps its Electric type and replaces the Ghost typing with whatever the Object it possesses could have, and since we got a dildo here, Fairy would make a lot of sense. Due to its typing and strong defensive stats, it would be a great counter to the Dragon-types that currently kind of reign the OU meta.
The only weaknesses it would have are Poison (2x) and Ground (2x).
However, the Posion weakness is nullified because of Rotom's Durex ability.
So now we got a Dragon-slaughtering, weak to only Ground-type attacks tank Pokémon.
Also, Electric/Fairy is an already used type combination and it wouldn't make a great addition to Pokémon, in my opinion.
Would you train this dildo?
